I didn’t think my life would change so much in just a year, but it has. Drastically. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been so happy and content with my life before until now.

It’s been exactly one year since I created the chubbies, or even set foot into Tumblrpon. 

When I made the blog and going in with the impression that I wouldn’t receive a lot of attention was the complete opposite of what I received on the first day opening it up … I was shocked, and didn’t know if it was a good thing I was getting so many asks and followers all at once. I thought I might have done something bad LOL.

Soon after, I met all of you. 

I was able to finally meet my best friends.. you guys are some of the closest people to me, period. You might not know it, but you all truly made my life have meaning. I wasn’t just drawing any more, I was doing something that made me feel awesome about myself, something I also didn’t think would happen.

It seems ever since I met you all, I’ve been more confident with my art work and have become a lot more outgoing with people. Shyness and anxiety was something I was constantly battling in the real world, but … You changed all of that. I can talk to people easier, and I don’t doubt myself as often. I mean, I went to America for the first time, because of all of you. I wouldn’t have ever done that if it weren’t for your courageous words and giving me the determination to make it there. 

I don’t think I’ve ever told you how much you really, truly mean to me. I know a lot of the time, I’m very hard to reach, or may seem to busy to talk to you, But.. Please know you’re all on my mind, constantly. Whether you’ve talked to me a few times, or have talked to me through out the course of a year. 

Whenever I was down, you cheered me up with your messages and pictures. One thing I will always remember is when my closest friends all wrote me letters, and drew me a collaboration picture. I wanted to cry reading those letters from you. I will forever cherish them and keep them close to me when times are tough. 

I just can’t thank you all enough. Thank you so much. Thank you.
